How to Use:

1. Place the mouthguard in a cup of boiling water.

2. Wait 50–60 seconds until it softens.

3. Press the softened mouthguard firmly onto your teeth to take an even impression of your upper jaw.

4. Place the molded mouthguard in cold water to set its shape.
